# Part-Time Studio Sales & Operations Associate Are you friendly, energetic, creative, and comfortable working with children and families? Color Me Mine is looking for a motivated and dependable **Studio Sales & Operations Associate** to join our team. ## Position and Schedule This is a part-time position with rotating shifts. Applicants must be available for: * Weekday and weekend shifts * Opening and closing shifts * Most holidays This is an active position requiring standing, walking, bending, reaching, cleaning, and moving merchandise throughout most of the shift. ## Responsibilities ### Customer Service and Sales * Welcome customers and provide friendly, attentive service * Help customers select ceramic pieces, colors, and studio services * Recommend products and services based on customer needs * Work toward weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals * Process purchases accurately using the point-of-sale system * Engage with children, families, parties, and groups * Serve all customers with professionalism and discretion ### Studio and Ceramic Operations * Glaze completed ceramic pieces carefully and accurately * Assist with loading and unloading kilns after completing required training * Follow all kiln, glazing, handling, and studio safety procedures * Organize, label, bag, and prepare finished pottery for customer pickup * Restock ceramic shelves, merchandise, paints, and studio supplies * Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies are running low * Help maintain organized storage, glazing, and kiln areas ### Cleaning and Organization * Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, brushes, tools, sinks, and work areas * Sweep, mop, remove trash, and complete routine studio cleaning * Keep customer areas, displays, shelves, and workspaces clean and organized * Assist with opening and closing cleaning responsibilities * Maintain a welcoming and presentable studio throughout the shift ## Qualifications The ideal candidate: * Has previous retail and cash-register or POS experience * Possesses strong customer-service and sales skills * Is outgoing, friendly, positive, and comfortable starting conversations * Enjoys working with children, families, and groups * Is motivated, dependable, and results-oriented * Can multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment * Learns quickly and follows directions and safety procedures * Takes initiative and ownership of assigned responsibilities * Is organized and has strong follow-through * Works cooperatively as part of a team * Demonstrates a reliable work ethic and commitment to scheduled shifts If you are proactive, responsible, and excited to help customers create memorable experiences, we would love to hear from you! **To apply, please submit your résumé along with your general weekday, weekend, and holiday availability.**
